I bought tickets for BTS's concert in Madrid, what should I do?
I have this predicament. I am planning to attend BTS's concert in Madrid on Friday June 26th (I already bought my ticket), and I would need to travel from Honduras to Madrid around June 20th. (My family lives in Madrid so stay is not an issue)
At the same time, I applied to continue my studies in Madrid as a study abroad student, and I will receive the admission decision on May 20th. If I am accepted, I will need to apply for a student visa, which is my main concern. I am unsure whether the student visa process can be completed within a one-month timeframe or if it usually takes longer. If it does take longer, I don’t know whether I would be required to be physically present in my home country to complete the visa process, we'll most likely to be honest.
If I didn’t have to be present, it would be much more convenient to buy a one-way ticket to Madrid and avoid additional travel expenses. However, I think I might have to return anyway in order to properly complete the visa process.
I Might have to be there for like 1 or 2 weeks which is truly a bummer, considering how pricy the plane ticket is, and considering the fact that if I get accepted I would have to spend money on plane tickets again. I know this may be quite a stupid thing to do, but since I was 14 going to a BTS concert has been one of my dreams, and I happened to get tickets to Madrid. Plus I worked and payed for the ticket myself and I am planning to also do that for the plane tickets.
Will it be wiser to buy a round trip before May 20th (because if I wait too long the prices might be a lot higher) or should I wait until May 20th to buy the plane ticket, and then know for how long I should buy it for?
