New here! How do rural non-profits handle IT?

Hi everyone, new here! I run a small non-profit org based in Panama FL, and we’ve been growing recently. I’m starting to feel the pressure on the tech like software issues, updates, data security etc.

I’m curious how those of you living more rural or doing homestead-style setups handle IT. Do you outsource support or hiring actual IT guy??
