If you had 1 month to visit the PNW how would you make the most of it?

Wanna hike the mountains in the Cascades and Rainier but also wanna drive up the coast and see all of the beaches and hike along the coast. Is this doable in 1 month? Any recommendations is appreciated. Not sure if I'm going this month or end of July/ 1st of August yet.
