This is one of those classic character vs. comfort debates.
I’d go with self-made rich.
I’d choose the struggle and the payoff. There’s no substitute for the satisfaction of looking at a mountain I actually climbed.
I believe that Rags to Riches story is classic for some reason.
If I loses everything, I have the "blueprint" to build it back.And in reality, some people born into wealth often struggle with the "Would I have made it on my own?" question. A self-made person never has to wonder.
To be fair, being born rich is like playing a video game with a cheat code for infinite health. You get the best education, global networking from birth, and the freedom to fail without ending up on the street. It’s objectively "easier," but easier isn't always more fulfilling.So I am keeping my stand.I chose self made.
