TechN9ne or Kendrick in terms of technical skills.
So my partner and I have vastly different music tastes but we both appreciate Kendrick. That said, he thinks Kendrick is g.o.a.t. and I think there are technically better rappers who touch on emotional subjects and I’d put TechN9ne up there. I actually think he is better than K.dot but the only reason he’s not more popular is that he’s stayed independent.
