ILOE claim approved, payment pending, need to travel

As the title says. My ILOE claim was approved yesterday. I haven't received payment yet. I need to travel tomorrow.

Question is, has anyone experienced payment being processed in a similar situation i.e. claim being approved but the person being out of country?
