Second tour win for Rodri!! Nice that he was able to bounce back from losing the first set where he had three set points on return and couldn’t convert any of them. In the second set he was up a break, but lost that lead and was two points away from losing but he was able to keep it up and end up winning the set. Then in the third he mostly did well and Sho had quite a few double faults and errors.
He will face the winner of the match between eigth seed Shapovalov and Hijikata in R2
