Your Word For Today;
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Reflection:
There are times when we try to carry everything ourselves—our worries, our responsibilities, our questions about what comes next. Yet God gently reminds us that we don’t have to have all the answers.
Sometimes faith means becoming still enough to let God work.
This Sunday, may we release the things we cannot control and trust God with what lies ahead. We may not see the whole picture, but He does. We may not know the way, but He does.
Let today be a reminder that God is still God, even in the things we don’t understand. We can rest in His presence, knowing that He is with us, guiding us one step at a time.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
Today I choose to be still in Your presence. Quiet my heart when I feel overwhelmed and calm my thoughts when I am uncertain about tomorrow.
Help me to surrender the things I cannot change and trust You with the things I cannot see. Give me wisdom when I need to make decisions, patience when things don’t happen in my timing, and faith when I cannot yet see the outcome.
Remind me that I don’t have to walk through life alone. You are beside me, You are before me, and Your loving hand is upon me.
May Your peace settle over my heart today, and may I carry that peace with me into the week ahead.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏
Have a Blessed Sunday 🌿💜
