Free Public Domain Ebooks
Hi everyone — I wanted to share something I’ve been working on and invite some fellow authors to help test it.
Over the past year I’ve been building a small platform called **IndieRipple** focused on indie books and self-published authors. The idea is pretty simple: make it easier for readers to discover indie work while letting authors keep a much larger share of the revenue. I've also added over 1,100 free PUBLIC DOMAIN ebooks in order to test out the reader on different platforms.
A lot of the motivation came from hearing the same frustrations over and over — discoverability on big platforms, exclusivity requirements, royalty cuts, etc. So I wanted to experiment with a different approach that’s more author-friendly.
The site is live now, but I’m looking for a handful of authors who would be willing to **beta test it, upload a book, poke around, and tell me what works and what doesn’t**.
Honest feedback is actually the most valuable thing right now.
