Donate baby clothes

I have a lot of new/gently used baby clothes I would like to donate, but I am having trouble finding a place that doesn’t sell them! I would prefer somewhere that helps local families and isn’t affiliated with a church.

Are there any shelters or programs where I can donate these items and they will go directly to the community, without being sold?
