made a quick manual 3d mockup because ai was terrible, one thing it said that did worry me was that air on the outside would just recycle back into the box and effectively do no cooling? but I thought maybe the opposed directions would counter this?
for scale the fans are 60mm and it works better to have them on the inside to supply power, the cabinet as a closing door that is awkward to open so probably remains closed, the single entrance / exit hole is 60mm circle in the back which I planned to mount onto, whole volume to be cooled being around 25 x 50 x 60cm
the distance between the outer block and the inner block will be much shorter (few cm) again quick mockup just to get the idea going and possible reuse to print.
Will this work or is AI correct and its just going to cycle air on the outside and turn it onto a hotbox? #3d #technology #3dprinting
