Water heater > damaged ceiling question
Hello, I recently had a water heater in my attic replaced. In the process of removing the old water heater, one of the guys stepped onto the sheet rock above my master closet and punched a hole in it. They had someone come out to repair it today, and insisted that they could match the texture and paint color after i asked what the plan was and if they intended to re-paint the entire ceiling.
After its all said and done, its fairly obvious there has been a repair. See pics in link below. The texture is different and the paint is a brighter white. There is also some paint on the wall adjacent that is noticeably different.
I fully paid in advance for the water heater replacement (like an idiot). Do i have any recourse if the company decides they are done fixing this. I have already received a message telling me that from their perspective the damage is repaired and it seems like its gonna be a fight. Curious if its a reasonable fight or if im dreaming here.
