What does a “normal” job market look like? Graduated in 2022 and haven’t had a easy time since college finding a job
As a young professional trying to make a career pivot, I genuinely cant imagine what a normal job market looks like. All I can remember is the process of applying to everything and hoping something sticks. I have a fine role right now ow but I’m desperately trying to grow in my career and just can’t seem to do it. What does a normal job market look like, as the current one has me really doubting myself and my abilities?
