An Inherited piece. What is it?
My Father just passed away this week. I received some artwork from him, he was a graphic designer and knew a lot of people in his trade- having worked in NYC and many of those people are now gone. One of the pieces I remember loving while growing up. I was wondering if anyone has any information on it. There are tactile brush strokes throughout and the board its painted on is slightly, and attractively worn. I'm going to frame/mount it soon. What do you all know about this work?

Apologies for the glare and iPhone photo, it was snapped in a room with less than ideal lighting. Thanks in advance!
