South America itinerary
Greetings,
I’m looking for some feedback on my 12-week South American itinerary. My wife (40) and I (45) will be travelling there for the first time in December 2027. We have travelled a bunch over the last 5 years but haven’t done anything longer than 3 weeks so far, so this’ll be new for us! This itinerary will likely have 9-10 regional flights and we will be relying on public transit as well (trains/busses/taxis). Does it appear to be too rushed? Are there places you’d recommend instead? We are pretty open to alternative options at this point. We will definitely return to South America at some point in the future to dive the Galápagos Islands and will check out Ecuador then. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome! Thanks!
