College Students looking to road trip on a budget
Good evening,
Me and a friend of mine are looking to travel somewhere for maybe 5-6 days this month, however we don't have that big of a budget to work with. We would likely be driving wherever we go (unless there is a cheaper suggested way anybody knows of) and due to that we would have to stay in the U.S. Both of us are fine with the idea of car camping and to save money we will likely do that or stay at a campground. We want advice though as a place we could go. In terms of attractions I love hiking, overlooks, national forests, interactive museums, and music. She loves tourist attractions, shopping, and places that are unique to the specific area we are going. Some things we both love are local cuisine and thrifting. Aside from a budget for food and gas, in terms of going out and doing things we're probably working with a budget of $150(ish) for activities, anyone have any suggestions on where we should go?
