How can I meet my 1st girlfriend?

So it's weird to ask, but I have only been with men until now. I did have a threesome with another girl, which was really fun, and had kisses here and there with girls. But I know that none of this is the same as dating a girl. Please don't hate me.
The thing is, I never dated a girl because it's something I came to understand only a few years back.
Since then, I'm very much attracted to girls, sexually attracted. The thing is, I don't know the signs that someone is a bi/lesbian or not.
In 2025, I thought a girl was into me because of the way she was around me, and I asked her on a date, but in the end, it never happened, and she started a relationship with a guy.
Outside of this, I think it is something I've known for a very long time, but because we are conditioned to love men... well, I didn't dare to try.
Anyway, at the end of the year, I'm moving to Italy, and I want to experience this part of me and switch sides, and I hope to meet a girlfriend. A biker girl, if I'm lucky. <3
Do you have any tips for a beginner?
If you live in Italy, are LGBTQA+ people well accepted there?
