At the gym…
I opened up my locker and everything was gone. My small bag, my towel and even my smelly unwashed gym clothes.
The only thing in there was a note. It said…
“Hey babe, don’t worry about your things; I took them all. I know how much you love that feeling of fresh clothes against your skin. I’ve even cooked up a special batch of your favorite love stew… the one I made just for you when we were together.
This time, though, I added a little something extra: a dash of your essence. I soaked your clothes in it to make sure the flavor is just right. You’ll feel my love in every bite.
I can’t wait to see you again. You’ve been away for too long, and I’ve missed you more than you know.
Forever yours, – Your other half ❤️”

Initially, I made the note romantic, full of sweet words and heartfelt sentiments that flowed out of me effortlessly. I wanted it to be something that would embody the meaning of love and connection, something that would make me, the receiver, feel loved and special. But as I kept reading, it quickly turned into something that felt more cringe-worthy than charming. So I made it into something as disturbing as this. The thought of someone observing me, collecting my belongings like trophies, sent a wave of goosebumps over me.

Now that was an interesting turn of events lol. This is just right in "creepy stalker" alley, with that very unsettling vibes. Makes me imagine that whoever gave that note is just inside another locker or inside a vent in the ceiling watching you read the note and takes pleasure in watching your expression change from smiling slowly turning into disgust then into fear. 😅
