Object: My small prayer mat (Janamaz) with my tasbih 🕌🤲
Why it matters to me: This little prayer mat is my personal space for connecting with Allah. Along with my tasbih, it reminds me to pause, reflect, and be grateful. No matter how busy or stressed my day is, this small setup brings me back to peace.
How it gives me peace or strength: Every sajdah and every bead I count helps calm my heart and fill it with hope. It strengthens my faith and reminds me that Allah’s mercy and guidance are always near.
This is my healing symbol.
