Installing 1/2 EMT conduit on plaster over wood lath. What is the best screw to use?
I usually use deck mates for most of my work, but because they have the smooth shank below the head I’m wondering if that’s the wrong move. Would regular drywall screws be sufficient? I know toggle bolts are the usual go to but because the EMT is only half inch I don’t feel like drilling for toggles since it is so light. What do you guys use?
