What's the best hiring announcement you've ever seen from a startup?
We're an early-stage product startup, and we're about to hire our first marketing hire (employee #4 ).
Instead of posting a generic "We're hiring" graphic, we want to create something that markets the company at the same time it markets the role.
I'm looking for examples of hiring announcements that made you think:
"Damn... I want to work there."
I'm especially interested in startups (YC, Silicon Valley, etc.), where the hiring post itself felt like a product launch or a brand campaign rather than a job ad.
