Yes, I have called a helpline before. I contacted the Bank Alfalah helpline because I wanted to activate my ATM card. I called their helpline number 111-225-111.
Their customer service was very helpful. They asked me some verification questions and activated my ATM card successfully. I was very satisfied with the service because my issue was resolved quickly and they guided me properly.
