Wondering whether its worth it to upgrade/replace my…

Wondering whether its worth it to upgrade/replace my gaming pc after 5 years or is it better to wait for it to noticeably start slowing down?

Here is the link to my current setup: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/zFxnH3

I built my gaming pc in late 2021 with the help of my friend for around the £1500 area and its always done me well running most games with high fps on high/ultra settings, a few examples are, Overwatch 2 on all ultra settings runs at a stable 180fps, dead ny daylight runs at ultra on 120fps, dying light the beast also runs at 120 but on medium settings. The one thing i notice about my pc currently is that my gpu can be very loud at times even right after it was built (it should be mentioned i got my gpu secondhand but in good condition), so much so my friend told me to install msi afterburner and control the max temp from there to stop it from being so loud and i still have to do this everytime i turn on my pc. even when i do this it sometimes is still quite loud. the only games i have had that run really rough were things like modded minecraft which is more of a minecraft optimisation issue rather than a pc issue i think. My preferred budget this time is around the £2000 mark for a whole new pc with an absolute maximum being £3000 but i dont think a whole new pc is necessarily what i need, maybe just a new gpu and some ram? one thing id definitely like more of is storage but thats considerably easier to just add to my current build.
