sealing these gaps in window against noise

Ive used toilet paper but it hasnt made much of a difference. I and my dog sleep in this room but while I can wear ear plugs she gets constantly disturbed. The window faces a main road so it gets very loud even at night because of all the trucks. Any help would be very much appreciated as i am a bit desperate
The arrows point to where i think some sound is coming from. was hoping for any advice on those.
The side of the left window with blue marked on it is also where some is coming from i think. the window is very rattly as a whole so was wondering if i could squeeze the rails somehow?
The huge gap in the bottom right window goes up and across it.
