Charles Spencer is a grifter who has been profiting off his sister ever since she died in a truly macabre way.
He is a serial cheater who tried to fuck his best man’s wife, re-triggered his ex wife’s anorexia, is estranged from his daughters, and is now in need of cash because his third wife is suing him after he and wife #4 used her money for improvements to his estate.
The same estate, incidentally, that he would not permit Diana to live in after her divorce, and they had only just reconciled when she died.
He also introduced Diana to Martin Bashir. If Bashir hadn't lied to Diana, she may not have turned down Royal Protection Officers and would still be alive today.
