I was just hanging out with an unusul constellation of 4 of my favorite friends yesterday where I was the connecting link. We got to talking about what everyone did right after high school, and that's when someone asked what year everyone were born and I realized that they are all over 32.
I've collected this bunch through the past 5 years or so, and while I've had moments of haha you're so old with all of them individually, I somehow hadn't noticed that all of my closest friends are older, and they all seem to otherwise have friends that are +/- 2 years their age.
This just made me wonder...... if that's random or if there's an explanation to why I get along better with this agegroup? I think my thesis is that they're not as manically outgoing as many people my age so we're more the same pace. But it could just be random.
Do you all get along better with people your age, older or younger? Why do you think that is? #relationships source
