Plastic surgery makes everyone look the same and so many ”attractive“ people become boring to look at
I was always see these videos of people bringing up the fact that the women in Miami are drop dead gorgeous. I’m not denying that those women aren’t pretty, but a lot of the times the plastic surgery is so obvious and it gets to the point that they become boring to look at. Like sure, they are attractive, but they aren’t unique whatsoever. Majority of the time when I see someone online who is considered a “Miami 10” in my head I think “yea she’s pretty but she has plastic surgery and I’ve seen at least 10 other women who look exactly like her.” I’m only singling out Miami because it is the plastic surgery capital of the world, but this goes for all of the popular Instagram models too. Everyone in Miami and LA have a horrible case of iPhone face and Instagram face. Like they all have a nose job, bbl, Botox, boob jobs, etc.
I’m also a woman, so I guess some of it stems from a little bit of jealousy, but honestly not that much. I don’t consider myself ugly, but I’m also not someone who people immediately look at and think “wow she’s really pretty/hot.” It’s just hard to compare to women like that when a lot of them have plastic surgery. Miami is just proof that I’m not ugly, I’m just broke.
