Advice on transportation from Dubrovnik to Sofia
I want to travel from Dubrovnik, Croatia to Sofia, Bulgaria by land and am having trouble linking busses in between. I can find one Flixbus that takes 25 hours and goes far out of the way back up to Zagreb, then to Belgrade and on to Sofia, but I'm trying my best not to have to take it. I would hitchhike but I'm carrying a lot of things at the moment.
Does anyone have experience taking a more direct route that passes through Montenegro - North Macedonia? Can anyone recommend a bus company that will do this? Flixbus seems to have a bit of a dead zone here. Thank you!
