It's time to upgrade 7 years in! - USA, Budget <2k

After completing my build 7 years ago I think it's time to upgrade a bunch of things and replace a lot of others. I've been out of the PC parts game for a long time so I have no idea what prices are like, and the budget is a number that I threw out there for now.

This was my previous build:

PCPartPicker Part List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vRRQFt

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor

Motherboard: MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory ($239.99 @ Newegg)

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive ($242.86 @ Amazon)

Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($377.61 @ Amazon)

Video Card: Asus STRIX GAMING OC GeForce RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB Video Card ($795.00 @ Amazon)

Case: Fractal Design Meshify S2 ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: SeaSonic PRIME Ultra Titanium 650 W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

**Things I'd like to keep:**

* GPU
* SSDs are fine, but maybe would like to either upgrade the NVMe to a 1 GB or get a second non-NVMe SSD
* PSU if power requirements are suitable

**Changes I would like to make/other requirements:**

* Would like to change form factor to micro-ATX.
* CPU doesn't need to be as beefy since I don't really game that much anymore - just something that gets me the best bang out of my buck.
* WiFi capability

Would love for some advice so I can start looking into different parts! It's a bit overwhelming trying to figure things out after being away for so long.
