Indoor basil plant hasn’t been growing for a couple weeks, some stems/leaves look shrunken, yellowish color. I’m a total noob. Any ideas on what is happening and how to fix it? Am i not watering it enough? Does it need fertilizer? Thank you anyone for help! #activity
