Hardware holder
No, I didn't go nuts with a router, sanding, pulls, or urethane, but this keeps all my hardware in a nicely labeled easily accessible spot that takes up almost no space in my shop. I recommend everybody make one. A few simple drawer slides and some 2x4s (some ripped on my crosscut sled. Took maybe an hour.
