Having lower BMI doesn't necessary equate to smaller cup sizes, it just means there is such a tendency.
I have been to Vietnam and Indonesia many times, as well as Cambodia. I feel that AA is really an understatement. I would say at the very least an A.
Maybe it would be an AA , only if teenagers and children are included as well. If so, this would be unfair to compare rapidly growing nations like those is SEA to developed nations like those developed European countries. Because the demographics of children and adult population percentage is so much different.
