Six months ago I was completely burned out. One small decision changed everything.
Six months ago I was completely burned out. Going through the motions every single day, telling myself tomorrow would be different, but it never was. I felt stuck in a version of myself I didn't recognize and honestly didn't like very much.
I made one small decision to stop waiting for the perfect moment and just start moving. Not dramatically, not all at once. Just one honest step forward each day. Some days that step was tiny. Some days I barely made it. But I kept going.
The thing nobody tells you is that momentum is quiet at first. You won't feel it right away. But somewhere between the small wins and the hard days, something shifts inside you. You stop dreading who you are and start getting curious about who you could become.
I'm not where I want to be yet. But I'm no longer who I was six months ago, and that feels like everything right now.
If you're in that heavy, stuck place today, I just want you to know that the distance between who you are and who you want to be is smaller than it feels. You don't have to leap. You just have to take one real step.
What was the moment or decision that finally got you moving when you felt stuck? #inspiration
