12 hour layover in Glasgow during the day + Scotland ETA?

Hey everyone,

I have a 12 hour layover in Glasgow Scotland in a couple weeks starting from around 7am and departing 7pm. Im wondering how you would spend that time for someone thats interested in cultural experiences, doesn't drink, loves nature and such ?

Also, I learned I need to pay for an ETA? does that still apply if there for a layover?
