5060Ti 16GB vs. 9060Xt 16GB

I'm looking into buying a used GPU and I'm wondering what is a better choice. 5060 is priced at 2000pln(550usd) and 9060 is priced at 1600pln(440usd). My MOBO uses PCI express 3.0 but I heard that it's a non much of an issue. Help me choose.
