Kreg replaced my “out of spec” Edge with another “out of spec” tool and didn’t include the battery and charger
It’s official. This company and tool are junk. Don’t buy this thing. Billy at Kreg really let me down. You can see my previous posts regarding issues with the tool- this new tool has the exact same problem.. and they forgot to include the charger and battery. 😅

A second out-of-spec Ionic Drive, and the box shows up without the battery or the charger, is a rough replacement. The foam is cut for the tool and the plugs made it in, so the 20V kit just never landed. Is the new one failing the same way as the first Edge, or did they ship a different defect this time?
