Patio and Water Intrusion in Basement
Hi all,
Very curious about any solutions to this problem that is cost effective. We have a patio with the grade slanting TOWARD the house after years of it dropping slightly. It’s dropped about 2 inches from where it originally was and now after heavy rains there is some water intrusion in the basement. Are there any innovative solutions to drain the water AWAY from the house if it’s slanted toward the house? Are there any DIY solutions that could help?
