Did you know today is International Day of Women Judges ? π©ββοΈβοΈ A big shout-out to the incredible women who spend their days listening to arguments, professionally! Honestly, after surviving family dinners, workplace debates, and group chats that never end, the courtroom probably feels like a calm spa day. π
Imagine the skills required, keeping a straight face, saying βOrder in the court!β with authority, and resisting the urge to say, βIβm not mad, Iβm just disappointed.β Some of them probably practiced their judging skills long before law school, like when someone took the last slice of cake at home. π°
Judge Maria: Good morning, Anna. Ready to hear βYour Honor, it wasnβt meβ at least ten times today?
Judge Anna: Only ten? Wow, looks like a slow day. β
Judge Maria: Yesterday someone blamed their neighborβs cat.
Judge Anna: Impressive. Last week someone blamed βbad Wi-Fi.β For everything.
Judge Maria: I sometimes think people forget weβre judges, not magicians.
Judge Anna: True although if we were magicians, Iβd disappear paperwork first. πͺ
Judge Maria: And Iβd magically make people tell the truth.
Judge Anna: Careful, Maria. That would end most cases in five minutes! πβοΈ
So today we celebrate the women who bring fairness, intelligence, and just the right amount of βIβm watching youβ energy to the courtroom. May their coffee be strong, their patience legendary, and their gavels ready for dramatic desk taps! ββοΈ
