How can I train my leadership skills?
I have always wanted to become some sort of a leader all my life... but my entire personality is simply a friendly loner guy basically because I can't manage to stay in groups often.
I thought just being able to talk would solve everything so I improved my communication skills(still have trouble with it) but it doesn't seem to help that much. Ppl dont listen to me and shrug me off at times.
