Overcast on the Appalachian Trail-Harper's Ferry, West Virginia
Three of the first 4 days of my visit to Harper's Ferry have given me nearly total overcast all day. Day 3 finally at least gave me some cloud structure to work with. IYKYK, for the rest, this staircase was cut directly into the bedrock and forms the first AT climb away from the Potomac River crossing from the Maryland Heights.
