Take Job Offer or Wait for Something Better?

On Friday, I got two job offers.

Job A was hybrid, $50k, 2 weeks PTO for a small management company.

Job B was hybrid, $42k, 1 week PTO for a small nonprofit.

I decided to go with Job A because it was just better on paper, but try to negotiate a little on PTO since I already have two trips planned next year.

After the long weekend, they never came back to me, not even a follow up that they were considering it.

So I decided that at least I have Job B, who said they can be flexible with my needed time off. The low salary and PTO aren't great, but that's what you get in my area, especially in the nonprofit realm.

However, there is also a Job C. I interviewed with them over a week ago and they said they had to finish at least one round of interviews before they could hire. Now they want me to do a final interview with the chief of staff. It's part-time to full-time, pays about the same as Job B, but is fully remote.

Do I put off the other jobs and wait for that interview on Friday? I'm not desperate for a job (actually job search couldn't be going much better). I would love to be fully remote again. But I also hate turning my back on someone that wants to hire me.

Thoughts?
