Not all degrees should take an equal number of years to complete
I did a Finance major in university - it was really easy, to the point where I think a trained monkey could probably pass it. Only a few finance and accounting classes had any real educational value, so we had a bunch of filler classes such as "Language for Business" where I heard the lecturer pass down the gem of wisdom "don't call it an old car if you want to sell it, call it a vintage car."
Seriously I think the whole degree should be shortened to 2 years, maybe 3 at the most. Other tougher degrees such as Engineering (I leafed through a couple of their textbooks in the library and can tell it is tough) can take 4 years no problem. But for an easy degree like business, I think it should be shortened so we students can save our time and money. #conversation
