If discrimination truly ended tomorrow, I believe most people would still struggle with being judgmental. They are used to pointing out the mistakes of others while ignoring their own flaws. Sometimes this comes from pride or overconfidence, thinking they are better or more correct than someone else. Even if discrimination disappears, changing the habit of judging others will take time because it is connected to ego and personal attitude.

I think discrimination is often caused by ignorance and fear, but the hardest one to remove is personal benefit. Ignorance can be solved by education, and fear can be reduced through understanding and communication. However, when someone benefits from unfair treatment whether through money, power, or advantage it becomes harder to stop. People do not easily give up something that makes their life easier, even if it hurts others.

I can't say I've ever benefited from a system that disadvantages others. I grew up living a simple life, and everything I have now comes from my own hard work. We are not rich, but we are content and happy. Still, I understand that some people experience unfair treatment in ways I may not fully see. Because of that, I believe I still have the responsibility to treat everyone fairly, avoid judging others, and speak up when I see something wrong. Even in simple ways, we can all choose to be part of fairness and respect.✨💛
