I feel like I never fit in
At work I am often ostracized, and people tend to completely ice me out after we have one disagreement.
There was one lady who I thought was my friend, I found out was playing me and another woman against each other. This woman that was once my friend turned into an absolute monster. Getting in my face, putting their belongings on my desk, being incredibly rude to me over nothing. Another coworker witnessed the harassment and was completely on my side. The manager told me to get over it, until it got REALLY bad and we have to move desks because we both asked for it.
Now the one coworker that was on my side, complaining about our manager and my bully is all buddy buddy with them and is turning the cold shoulder to me as well. I'm honestly surprised because my bully was also bullying her until a few days ago.
Most of the time, I get along very well with a lot of my coworkers regardless of gender. My last two jobs I've been a complete social pariah. It's making me wonder if it's just the field I've transitioned into, or if I'm honestly a very unlikeable personality.
