Mum and Dad in the 70's on their Honeymoon
Mum is from New Zealand and dad is from Fiji. Still together 45 years later. They were advised at their wedding by former friends that 'it wasn't too late to back out, because mixed marriages are hard and everyone is talking'. Luckily for my sister and I, they ignored the idiots. They were the first mixed couple to get married at the Fijian Resort in Nadi! And no, Dad cant still fit in that outfit, but he still has it.
