Q1- If you could go back to 27 April 1994, the day South Africa embraced freedom, what role would you choose to play: a voter, an activist, a storyteller, or something else? Why? If I could go back to that day, I would choose to be a voter. It wasnβt just about casting a ballot it was about finally having a voice and being recognized as equal. Voting that day would mean standing with millions who had waited so long for dignity and justice. Itβs a simple act, but it carries deep meaning and power.
Q2- Freedom means different things to different people. What does βtrue freedomβ look like in your life today, and do you think you ever fully achieve it? To me, βtrue freedomβ means living honestly being able to express myself, make my own choices, and not be controlled by fear or expectations. It also means feeling at peace within myself. I donβt think anyone fully achieves it all the time. Instead, itβs something we grow into gradually, and we experience it in moments rather than holding onto it forever.
