Are skilled trades dying?
I’ve (M45)been a blue collar worker until about 4 years ago.from ship yards to automotive to construction. I’m now a PM in construction and noticed how many crews are only built up of old guys and not seeing a lot of young talent out there anymore. Don’t get me wrong, I see a few but nothing like when I was coming up through the trades. Is special skills work dying? Where are they all going instead?
