How as a women to deal with sarcasm and passive aggressiveness from men who rank higher in the workplace
I've worked at my company for 11 years and ive seen many sales people come and go . For the most part I keep my head down and do what is necessary for my role . Recently a new sales team have taken over the account I work on . I am non confrontational and dont often notice subtle digs until after it has occurred however with one of the sales members its been constant belittling and humiliating as its often done in the presence of other colleagues . In the food chain I know I dont contribute as much as they do (ie they bring in sales i dont) and so Hr is not an option . Is there anyone with similar experiences and could you maybe give me some advice ...thank you in advance
