Fun Mentor - Teaching a funny dance move, joke, or lighthearted trick.

Usually working with people living with dementia is too challenging to encourage physical activity. Most clients experience memory loss, confusion, or lack of motivation, so traditional exercise can feel difficult or overwhelming for them.

Because of this, activities like dancing may be hard to introduce at first. However, music and rhythm often remain meaningful even when memory declines.

By using dancing as a form of exercise, we can encourage movement in a way that feels enjoyable, familiar, and engaging for people living with dementia.

Any songs particularly old ones or even kid songs retain to their memory. And I thank God for giving me talents, as I incorporate these singing and dancing, and even creativity talents to them.
