I have an issue where my foundation wall seems to be getting wet from outside. My basement is unfinished and I have some parts not siliconed on the outside. I have a gutter pipe near this which maybe causing a problem but recently confirmed with a camera that there is no break in the pipe.
My first step is to obviously silicone the gaps in the concrete using sikaflex self leveling silicone. They have foam backers but they never siliconed over it.
There is a gap between the wall and concrete which is most likely the cause of this water I just don’t know what would be best to seal it with. I looked into hydraulic cement and it seems like that’s not good for corners. Previously it was sealed with a thin layer of regular cement but it didn’t help.
